All Behaviour has meaning (Encouraging positive behaviour in Children and Young People)
This course aims to consider ways of addressing behavioural issues in children and young people. It considers the meaning of behaviour and offers strategies for support the development of positive behavioural responses linked to children and young people’s developmental stages.
For: Social Workers, Children & Family Support, Foster Care, Residential Workers, Youth Support Service Staff, Youth Offending Team, Children Centre Staff
This course is delivered by a variety of methods. These may include small and large group work activities, case studies, group presentations, formal teaching input, question and answer sessions and practice examples. Methods of delivery will be adjusted to suit the needs of each individual group.
