This course aims to offer strategies to staff where there has been a critical incident that requires effective de-briefing. The course also offers a model for debriefing based on Morrison’s 4x4x4 model of reflective supervisory practice.
Course content can also be tailored to meet specific organisational requirements following consultation where specific focus has been identified e.g. through Ofsted recommendations.
